Adams County - Jodi Helgeson
Jodi has been Adams County Register of Deeds since 1995. She served as the State President for the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association 2004-2005 and also served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Land Information Association 2002-2006, serving as President of that association from 2008-2009. She has received the President's Award for Outstanding Service from the WRDA and two Distinguished Service Awards and the Allen H Miller Sustained Service Award from WLIA. She has also attained her Certificate of Professional Development, Certificate in Project Management and retains her license as a title insurance agent. She also holds a paralegal certificate. In addition to being Register of Deeds, Jodi serves as Adams County Land Information Officer and Public Information Officer. In her community, Jodi is involved with the fair, church, Friends of the Library and other community events. In her very spare time, she enjoys traveling, walking and a good book.

The office has two full time staff members in addition to the Registrar.
Adams County has land records dating back to the 1850’s. Most documents are available online from 1979 forward and we are continually back indexing documents prior to that time.
