Wally served as President of our Association and was a Past President of the Joint County Officers Association.

Prior to becoming Register of Deeds, Wally worked in building trades and also got his real estate broker's license.

​

He was a native of Milwaukee County and attended Spencerian College for two years.

​

Had two daughters and was an avid baseball fan and baseball card collector and sponsor of the Barczak Baseball Team. He played softball and served on the Polish Fest Board of Directors. Proud member of the Polish Heritage Alliance (Polish Center of Wisconsin). Member of the Vagabond Ski Club.

Wally passed away on in 2006 at the age of 64.
