Deb has been Register of Deeds in La Crosse County since January 3, 1995. Prior to election, she held the positions of Entry Clerk, Document Clerk and Assistant Deputy, having been hired by the County of La Crosse in September of 1983.

She is married to Randy Flock who is employed by Sato Travel in Sparta. They have five daughters and eight grandchildren.

​Deb enjoys working in the yard, traveling, crocheting and shopping. She is a member of and has served as secretary of the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association. She is also a member of Wisconsin County Constitutional Officers, Republican Party of Wisconsin, is a member of and has served as secretary for the LaCrosse County Republican Party and takes special interest in the LaCrosse County Humane Society because of her love for animals of all kinds .
