Past Register of Deeds - Barron County - Joyce Kaseno (2006 - 2012)

Joyce Kaseno has worked in the Register of Deeds office since February 3, 2003. She was appointed Chief Deputy on December 27, 2004. She was appointed Register of Deeds by Governor Doyle on January 5, 2006.
Previous to her becoming an employee at the Register of Deeds office she had worked for two title companies doing title insurance, abstract continuations, letter reports, drawing maps, construction draws and closings.
Joyce and her husband David live on a 20 acre hobby farm just south of Barron. They have four children. Their oldest graduated from college in 2005 and is the father of their one year old grandson. Their other three children are still pursuing their college
careers. One at Platteville, one at Oshkosh and one at San Diego, CA.
Joyce is the Chapter Specialist for Thrivent Builds and Habitat for Humanity. She was also a facilitator for Restorative Justice.
