Kristi was elected as Manitowoc County Register of Deeds in November 2016 and took office in January 2017. Prior to becoming Register of Deeds, Kristi worked in the office for 26 years starting in October of 1990. Kristi and her husband Michael were married in Manitowoc County and have 5 children and 2 grandchildren.

The Manitowoc County Register of Deeds has 2 full-time and 1 part-time employee in addition to the Register of Deeds. We have an electronic tract index system with optical images from February of 1987 thru today. We offer internet access on a paid subscription basis as well as a public access for viewing our tract index only. Copies of real estate documents can be purchased thru our website at www.manitowoccounty.org.
