Newly appointed Register of Deeds for Menominee County who began on September 13, 2019. Humbled and honored by the appointment I will do my best to ensure accurate and efficient service.
The Register of Deeds office currently has one part-time employee, as well as the part-time Register of Deeds, however the office remains open full-time. In 2018, the Register of Deeds office implemented TriMin, as the land records management systems. Prior to 2018, all documents are stored on microfilm and paper. Efforts are being made to ensure all records pre-2018 will be added into the online system for easier access and retrieval. In 2018, the Register of Deeds office recorded a total of 522 documents. Since September 2019, the office recorded 239 documents.
