I come to the ROD office from the "outside". When I decided to run for this office I was a clinic manager for three clinics in northeastern Minnesota. I have been in the health care field for over thirty years as a Registered Medical Technologist (ASCP), Laboratory Director, and clinic manager. I have a bachelor of science degree in medical technology, a certification in Gerontology, and a Ph.D. in administration. I have a strong commitment to civic involvement and community service. I am vice president of the board for Metro Credit Union where I hold a position on the supervisor committee, the human resources committee, I serve on the government affairs committee for the Wisconsin Credit Union League and I also serve as District Chair for the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association. I am a member of the Sons of Norway, VFW Auxiliary, National Organ Donor Family Council, and an educator for LifeSource (the upper midwest organ procurement organization).
