In 2004, the records from the older system were converted to a newer TriMin system that offers Land Shark online access and the ability to accept electronic recording. In 2011 a scanning project of 154,000 recorded documents was completed converting paper to electronic images. The office of 3 full time including Mike and staff have an extensive real estate and genealogy background.
