She became Register of Deeds of Dane County in 1989. Jane received an M.S. from UW-Madison in Land Resources with an emphasis in land information systems, and she obtained a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s license. She is past president of the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association, past president of the Wisconsin Land Information Association and is active in her local communities of Town of Dunn and Village of McFarland. Jane and her husband Wes enjoy the outdoors, their carriage horses and backing the Badgers.
