Cathy has been Brown County Register of Deeds since 1985 and was appointed by Governor James Doyle to the Wisconsin Electronic Recording Council for a 3-year term of office beginning August 2007 . She received Associate Degrees in Marketing/Transportation Management and Supervisor’s Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She has also successfully completed the Wisconsin Certified Public Managers Program. She is past-president of the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association, past president of the Wisconsin Association of County Officers, past president of the Wisconsin Society of Certified Public Managers, charter member of the Wisconsin County Constitutional Officers, vice-chair of the Brown County Land Information Office Committee and is active in many local community organizations.
