Susan Winninghoff was elected Register of Deeds of Winnebago County and assumed her duties in 1995 and served through 2004. Prior to being elected Register of Deeds, she worked as a district representative for Congressman Thomas Petri, and before that, served as office manager for a commercial glass and paint company. She also has experience in real estate management and sales. Sue has lived most of her life in Winnebago County. She and her husband Roger have two grown children and one wonderful granddaughter. Her community activities have included serving on the board of directors for Evergreen Manor Retirement Home and their Foundation board of Trustees, along with membership of the Oshkosh Public Museum, Southwest Rotary, Algoma United Methodist Church, Oshkosh Board of Realtors, and the Winnebago County Republican Party.
