Marilyn G. Mueller was elected in 1988 and assumed her duties in 1989. Prior to being elected, Marilyn worked in the office since 1977. In 1978 she was appointed deputy. Marilyn has served as president of the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association (WRDA), chair of District 3, and on several WRDA committees. Marilyn is also a member of the Wisconsin Association of County Officials (WACO), Wisconsin County Constitutional Officers (WCCO) and the Wisconsin Land Information Association (WLIA) and is a past member of the WLIA Board of Directors. She received the WRDA Certificate of Professional Development, the WRDA President's Certificate of Appreciation and the WLIA Distinguished Service Award. Marilyn is married, has two married children and six grandchildren. Marilyn serves as one of the organists for her church and plays alto sax in the Luxemburg-Casco Community Band. She enjoys watching and cheering on her grandchildren in their sporting activities of volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer and wrestling.
